The hotel has a great location, it's very convenient for anyone who relies on public transport as it's located right near a metro station. It's also close to everything you need. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel provides good parking space.
The hotel could have done better in terms of room service, as the food was mediocre.

Food Marley, which can be found only 800 ft away, was a fast option. We strongly recommend the hotel and staff. We liked the location, next to Jain Temple. Ernakulam neighborhood was worth exploring.

I really enjoyed my stay here, from the great location in the heart of the city close to the metro station to the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The lunch buffet at Renai was an absolute delight. With a wide variety of dishes, including delicious ethnic food and mouthwatering desserts, it left us satisfied and nostalgic. The net price of 690 made it incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had the most wonderful Christmas vacation at a hotel in Kochi! The food was great and the staff was very courteous. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects was the beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The other thing we loved about the hotel was the entertainment provided for guests. We enjoyed the magic show one night and the music concert another. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind during the holidays.
There were a few negatives during our stay at the hotel. The room service was not up to par, it took a long time for them to bring us what we needed.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had many options and everything was fresh and tasty. The swimming pool was a great way to cool off during the hot days. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many attractions and easy to get a tuk-tuk or taxi.
The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. We had an issue with the water pressure and although we reported it, the hotel did not address the issue.

I have stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel twice now, and I must say, it offers enhanced comfort and quality services. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the metro station, making it convenient to access all the places I wanted to visit. The newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed with modern fittings that match the photos provided. Furthermore, the buffet at the restaurant was outstanding for both lunch and dinner, and I also tried the Chinese restaurant, which served delicious food. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
